 GIỚI THIỆU | INTRODUCTION

During routine use, cylinders, Accessories and bundles may be subjected to irregular treatment, mechanical damage,
fire damage or contamination. A pre-fill inspection of cylinder is necessary to ensure that the cylinder is safe to fill.

áp dụng trên thực tế vì lợi ích của nhân viên nạp và người sử dụng.
Pre-fill inspection guidelines as established and are contained in various cylinder codes and regulations are in practice
for the benefit of fillers and users.

reported.

DETERMINING CYLINDER TEST STATUS

• Kiểm định thường xuyên đảm bảo chai vẫn an toàn để

nạp trong suốt thời gian sử dụng lâu dài mà chúng
được thiết kế.
Regular testing ensures cylinders remain safe to fill for the
extensive life periods for which they are designed.
• Quá trình kiểm định cho phép chúng ta xác định các Không có vòng nhận dạng
chai bị lỗi và/hoặc giả mạo Cylinder without test ring
Testing processes allow us to identify faulty and/or tampered
cylinders
• Ngày kiểm định được đóng trên cổ chai và vòng theo
dõi ngày đến hạn được lắp vào giữa van và cổ chai.
Test date is Punched on cylinder neck and due date ring is
inserted between Cylinder valve and neck.
• Trong trường hợp vòng nhận dạng kiểm định bị thiếu
thì hãy kiểm tra chi tiết ngày kiểm định cuối cùng trên
vai chai.
In case Test due identification ring is missing check for last test
date details on Cylinder shoulder. Chai có vòng nhận dạng Ngày kiểm định đục trên chai

Thử nghiệm búa có thể phát hiện chai bị ô nhiễm và ăn mòn. Thử nghiệm búa không phát hiện lượng nhỏ tạp chất
The Hammer Test is effective for detecting significant of contaminants and servere corrosion. The test will not detect small quantities of these impurities

Một số quy định yêu cầu kiểm tra bằng búa| Some Regulations Require Hammer Test
• Thử búa phải được thực hiện trước khi nạp để kiểm tra tính toàn vẹn của chai.
Hammer test should be done before filling to test cylinder integrity.
• Đập nhẹ vào mặt bên của hình trụ ở độ cao khoảng giữa bằng cách sử dụng búa đầu
tròn nặng 0,23kg hoặc dụng cụ tương tự.
Strike the side of the cylinder at approximately mid height with a light tab using a 0,23kg ball peen
hammer or similar tool.
• Âm thanh rõ ràng giống như tiếng chuông nhỏ dần cho thấy rằng chai không có chất
gây ô nhiễm và ăn mòn.
A clear bell-like tone that gradually fades indicates that the cylinder is free of contaminants and
corrosion.

A dull thud indicates that the cylinder may contain corrosion products or liquid or solid
contaminants.

If you hear a dull thud tag the cylinder and send to test shop.

GAS COMPATIBILITY CYLINDER MATERIAL CHECK

Đảm bảo vật liệu của chai phù hợp với loại khí. Vài ví dụ như dưới đây:
Ensure the cylinder material is suitable for the gas type. Few examples as below.

• Hydro và hỗn hợp của nó hoặc khí gây giòn khác sẽ yêu cầu chai khí tuân thủ H2. Tham
khảo ISO 11114 để biết chi tiết
Hydrogen & its mixtures or other embrittlement gas will require the cylinder to be H2 compliance. Refer to
ISO 11114 for details

• Carbon Monoxide có giới hạn về áp suất nạp cho chai khí thép với khả năng kiểm soát độ
ẩm tốt tại chỗ.
Carbon Monoxide has a limitation of filling pressure for steel cylinder with good control of moisture in place.

• Chai nhôm không phù hợp với HCL

Aluminum cylinders are not suitable for HCL

VAN CHAI | CYLINDER VALVES
Các loại van chai khác nhau có sẵn trên chai dựa vào chức năng như Van áp suất dư (RPV) hoặc dựa trên cách sử dụng.
Different types of cylinder valve is available based on function like Residual Pressure Valve ( RPV) or based on the usage.

Các loại van chai được lựa chọn dựa trên sự xem xét như dưới đây:
Cylinder valve selection is based on the below consideration.
• Vật liệu | Material
• Loại khí và loại kết nối đầu ra (trơ, oxy hóa, dễ cháy, không bắt lửa, ăn mòn và độc hại)
Type of gas and outlet connection type (inert, oxidizing, flammable, non-flammable, corrosive & toxic)
• Yêu cầu lưu lượng khí | Gas Flow Rate requirement
• Ống nhúng Van lấy lỏng | Dip tube Valve liquid withdraw
• Yêu cầu an toàn (đĩa nổ, van giảm áp) | Safety requirement (burst disc, pressure relief valve)

Để đảm bảo an toàn cho van chai, phải sử dụng nắp hoặc bảo vệ van. | For cylinder valve safety, valve guard or cap are to be used.

RETURNED & RESIDUAL PRESSURE AND RPV VALVES

• Áp suất trả về là áp suất của sản phẩm chưa sử dụng

trong bình do khách hàng trả lại. Áp suất trả về được
biểu thị bằng cách mở nhanh van chai khí.
Returned pressure is the pressure of unused product in cylinders
returned from customers. Returned pressure is indicated by
briefly opening the cylinder valve.

• Áp suất dư là áp suất dương được van RPV giữ lại.

Áp suất dư được biểu thị bằng cách sử dụng một
dụng cụ có đầu nhọn đặc biệt để mở van một chiều.
Residual pressure is the positive pressure that is retained by the
RPV device. Residual pressure is indicated by the use of a special
‘prod’ tool to unseat the non return valve .

• Nếu không có áp suất trong chai, hãy nạp N2 và thực hiện kiểm tra
mùi.
If there is no pressure within the cylinder insert N2 and do the odor test.

• Nếu phát hiện thấy bất kỳ mùi nào, hãy để chai sang một bên, đánh
dấu và cách ly và thông báo cho Người giám sát để thực hiện công
đoạn tiếp theo.
If any odor is detected, keep cylinder aside, mark and segregate and notify
Supervisor for further action.
