Long Covid is a direct sequelae (result) of Covid-19. Meaning all compulsory reporting statutes and requirements applying to COVID must apply to Long Covid.

This information is being provided as remedy to you, so you are aware of the cause of a disability within your jurisdiction, and take the steps necessary to:

*1. Declare the S1 subunit of the Spike protein a biologic agent as per 42 C.F.R. Part 72, Appendix A. &
§ 73.3 HHS select agents and toxins.
(b) - SARS–CoV–2 chimeric viruses resulting from any deliberate manipulation of SARS–CoV–2 to incorporate nucleic acids coding for SARS–CoV virulence
factors.
(c) - Genetic Elements, Recombinant and/or Synthetic Nucleic Acids, and Recombinant and/or Synthetic Organisms:
(2)Recombinant and/or Synthetic nucleic acids that encode for the toxic form(s) of any of the toxins listed in paragraph (b) of this section if the nucleic acids:
(i) Can be expressed in vivo or in vitro, or
(ii) Are in a vector or recombinant host genome and can be expressed in vivo or in vitro.

The S1 subunit for SARS-CoV-2 is the causative agent for long covid; as such its causative agent must be reported.

2. All substances making a biologic agent inside the body must be labeled itself a toxin, or a toxic substance.
§ 73.3 HHS select agents and toxins. (c)(3) HHS select agents and toxins listed in paragraph (b) of this section that have been genetically modified.

All injections provided for COVID-19 have been genetically modified by inserting methyl-pseudouridine along the entire mRNA genome inside the Lipid Nano-
Particles.

3. Notice for a healthcare associated infection related to Long COVID, must be provided as per Section564 of the FDCA, which governs the requirements of
medical countermeasures released under an Emergency Use Authorization - https://www.justice.gov/olc/file/1415446/download

The statute requires potential recipients be informed of “the consequences, if any, of refusing administration of the product, and of the alternatives to the product
that are available and of their benefits and risks.” FDCA § 564(e)(1)(A)(ii)(III). Similarly, two other provisions in subsection (e)(1)(A)(ii) require that individuals be

informed of the fact that FDA “has authorized the emergency use of the product” and of “the significant known and potential benefits and risks of such use,
and of the extent to which such benefits and risks are unknown.” Id. § 564(e)(1)(A)(ii)(I)–(II).

Dr. Bruce Patterson, whose lecture is linked in the public notice (https://youtu.be/h2xyWiMS2Q0) has stated the risk is 30%, other research has offered other values
of risk. However, the exact risk is NOT required to be known prior to notice being given, as it would still be possible to notify the potential recipient of a vaccine that
the risk of long COVID after being exposed to the S1 subunit for SARS-CoV-2 Alpha Strain B.1.1.7 is still unknown.

I am happy to provide or present any further information to the county commissioners or the board of health so that proper action may be taken in regard to this
clear public health threat.
