    1. Your family is planning to venture If my family were to venture into a brand-


    into a brand-new business. As a new business in the tourism industry, I
    student of tourism management, and would use several key steps that I can apply
    if given the possibility, how are you effectively in managing the operation. I
    going to manage the operations of would start by clearly defining our business
    that business concept and identifying unique marketing
    strategies of where our business wants to
    focus. For essential purpose, I would
    construct a business plan that outlines our
    objectives, strategies and operational
    procedures that will help for decision
    making. Additionally, I would utilize and
    implement marketing strategies that can
    attracts customer through marketing
    channels such as social media, online
    platforms, and advertising to create
    awareness for our target customers in user-
    friendly and engaging content. Also, I
    would ensure that our staff are well-trained
    to provide exceptional customer service
    leading for satisfaction. Through this, I
    believe that we can effectively manage the
    operation of our new business in the tourism
    industry.

    Planning- it involves setting objectives and


    determining actions and developing
    strategies to achieve organizational goals.

    Organizing- involves arranging tasks,


    resources, and staffs for delegating
    responsibilities to create effective
    communication and coordination among
    other.

    Directing-involves providing clear


    instructions for guiding and motivating
    employees such as inspiring team members
    to perform at their best and enhance one’s
    capabilities.

    Leading- effective leadership fosters


    teamwork, influencing and inspiring others
    to work towards the organization’s vision. It
    also provides positive environment that
    motivates to achieve their full potential.
