Generation is

The people of about the same age in a particular family

Anyone born between 1981 and 1996 (ages 23 to 38 in 2019) is considered a


Millennial, and anyone born from 1997 onward is part of a new generation.

People of the same generation may have the same attitude or views towards life or the
world
What is the meaning of genealogy?

Genealogy is a combination of
two greek words “genea” and
“logy”
Genealogy is

Genea means “descent” or generation.

Logy means “A study of”.

When combined together, Genealogy means “A study of family history”
