    I. SCOPE OF WORK

    Note: Water tank will be shouldered by the owner.

    III. DURATION OF WORK:
    a. Thirty (30) to Forty (40) working days
    b. Note: work permit will be shouldered by the owner.

    IV. BREAKDOWN OF PAYMENT

     50% Down payment


     20% Upon delivery of materials
     20% Progress billing
     10% Retention
