DRUG RESPONSE Drug use and dosage should be monitored by a clinician. Genetic markers can help us predict if we are predisposed to adverse
reactions to certain classes of medicine or if the medication may work with lesser efficacy. Along with genetic factors, intrinsic
factors such as age, gender, weight, drug to drug interaction and comorbidities can affect how we metabolize a medication.

GLIPIZIDE and OMEPRAZOLE drug usage, if required, should be discussed with a prescribing physician.
DIET & LIFESTYLE RECOMMENDATIONS
ADDITIONAL LIFESTYLE RECOMMENDATIONS
1) Keep your skin moisturized always. Use sunscreen lotion with a minimum of SPF-30, and use full-sleeved clothes, hats, umbrellas, etc., whenever you
step out during the day.

2) Minimize your exposure to harsh/ toxic chemicals (pesticide, paint, insect repellant sprays, etc). Take proper precautions such as wearing gloves while
handling such chemicals. Always use mild/ natural/ herbal/ chemical-free skincare products (Free of SLS/ Sulfates, Parabens, Mineral oils, etc). Maintain
proper personal hygiene. Do a self skin examination every month. Consult a Dermatologist if you find any skin issues.

3) Use mild/ natural/ herbal/ chemical-free hair care products (Free of SLS/ Sulfates, Parabens, Mineral oils, etc). Avoid chemical hair treatments such as
smoothening, coloring, etc. or ensure to do the post-damage therapy after such treatments. Avoid using too many heat tools/ styling creams on your hair.

4) Include smart brain activities like Chess, Rubik?s cube, Sudoku puzzle, crossword puzzle, mental calculations, reading a book, learning a new language,
using your non-dominant hand, using brain challenging games and apps, etc., in your daily routine to keep your brain active and healthy.

5) Identify and avoid factors that may trigger your headache/ migraine. Common triggers include sunlight, dust, skipping meals, not having food on time,
certain foods or food additives, poor sleep, certain fragrances, traveling, dehydration, hormonal changes in women, hormonal medications, excessive

cancer. It's important to take care of yourself by doing regular cancer screenings. Talk with your doctor now about when and how often you should be
screened.

7) Measure your weight and exercise regularly to maintain a healthy BMI, especially since you have elevated BMI. The recommended weight range for you
is between 52.0 kgs - 70.3 kgs. Include physical activity in your daily routine in order to maintain a healthy BMI. Your body type is genetically suitable for

and weight training, etc. You may start with low intensity and slowly increase your pace as your body gets adapted to it.
