Responsibility
● Assist the management in developing and

● Maintenance and refurbishing.

● Maintain records.

● Provide support during events.


Primary
● Assisting in Audit related activities.

● Client Visit Management

● Sundry activities - Verification of stationery stock


and coordinate with courier, florist, pest control,
housekeeping etc.
● Manage Utility bills and payments.

● Handle physical security compliances such as


CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm System, UPS and
DG.

Secondary
● Coordinate with Accounts for supplier payments

● Manage Assets.
● Training of security, housekeeping and floor
marshals.

● Suggest improvement in Admin BAU process.

● Thorough knowledge of Admin and Facility
