1. What is the important of Information System in the organization?

Answer: The most significant of information system in our organization
is to improve our decision making. It can be used as strategic weapon to
oppose the treats to our organization specifically to our businesses and
to make our business more competitive and also it can help to our
organizational transformation through integration. That’s how important
information system works in our organization.
2. What is the important of Information System in everyday life?
Answer: The role of information system is very important specially in a
way of communication. In our everyday life information system can make
our task easier and faster. Specially today we are now in the digital age
we are now in computerize system from the traditional to modern the
more faster and more task to be done.
3. How can information system help improve organization?
Answer: The Information System helps to improve our decision making
process in our organization. Information System provides support to
managers as they work to achieve corporate goals. It can allow managers
and other organization leaders to store data in folders and documents
that can be seamlessly shared with the appropriate employees . In that
way information system help improve to our organization.
4. How can the information system help improve our daily life?
Answer: Most of the thing people use the technology/Information system
everyday must meet a human need. Either its to do online research,
online shopping etc. Information system changes over time in response
to people needs. With this process information system help us to improve
our daily life transaction specially in a way of decision making process
and communication.
5. Explain the role of information System in our organization?
Answer: The information system plays important role in our
organization. It is to improve the planning and program development in
our organization. In our digital world technology has changed. Our life
style and meaning of productivity with the help of technology we can do
so much more in a small a mount of time. That’s how information
technology plays the most important role in our organization.

6. Identify Information Technology infrastructure and its

component?
Answer: The components of Information system are
Input where you can type or encode any data and upload files to the
computer system or any devices.
Processor When the data is inputted then function of the system unit is
to process the data and the data will be process to form an output.
Output The output is the result of the input and the process. It could be
displayed on the screen, a sound came from the speaker and hard copy
that is an output.
People The people are the end user of the information System.
Hardware A hardware is a touchable devices(MONITOR,
PRINTER,MOUSE etc.).
Software A software is untouchable devices such as application
software.
Data A data is raw material( Files, Image, sound).
Network A network is connection between a two or more devices were
the server connect to the other devices.
