Decisions/Suggestions:
Following suggestions are proposed after the mutual consensus between the members.
 Principal BACRS will be the supervisor of the admission cell.
 Admission coordinator will lead the admission cell and supervise all the activities of Admissions and
informed to supervisor Admission Cell.
 Members of the Admission cell shall be are the faculty members & supporting staff of BACRS
 EXPERTS (Representatives from DPT & RT ) at BACRS during the whole period of admission activity
at BACRS (2nd Floor Academic Block) to provide career guidance and advantages of getting
admission in any program at BACRS.
 Front desk representative & clerk will do the entries and submit the amount in account department
and entries details to the coordinator admission cell.
 FAQ’S includes the fee, transport, hostel details will be given to the student/parents as per their
requirement by Mr. Saqib Abbas (front Desk representative) and student/parents will be referred
to experts for futher guidance regarding career if needed. And Mr Mudasir will act as a facilitator
and take parents/candidates to experts.
 The major admission advertisement will be done on Social media (Fcaebook, Instagram and
Whatsapp).
 Dr. Shehryar Azam & Dr. Adeel will be added as editors on social media pages and will be
responsible to answer all FAQ’S .
 Prospectus fee will be Rs. 2000/copy. Front desk officer will be responsible to note detail when a
prospectus is puchased by parent/candidate. Details to be noted will be name, contact number,
date and serial number.
 Annual fee can be submitted in 02 or 03 installments.
 Multiple Teams will be formed to distribute Admission Brochures to MD-Cat centers and also to
visit different academies and will give awareness about different programs. .
 All BACRS faculty members and supporting staff (both academic and clinical) will be informed and
trained regarding admission policy by members of admission cell.
