SUBJECT : 3'd Edition INTERPOL Young Global Police Leaders

Programme

DATE June 10,2022

1. Reference: Memorandum from TDHRDD dated June 6, 2022 with same

subject as above.

2. This pertains to the invitation extended by INTERPOL to nominate police

officers to participate in the 3'd Edition INTERPOL Young Global Police Leaders
Programme, which will be held from August 28, 2022 to September 3, 2022 in New
Delhi, lndia

3. The said program aims to foster innovative and collaborative culture

among law enforcement agencies across the globe through a network of young
police leaders.

4. The candidates must have no foreign training, seminar, conference

and the likes for the past two years and should satisfy the following criteria:

a. Has managed an investigation unit;

b. Has managed a city/municipal police station or uniUoffice;

c. Has lead a national digital transformation project for their police agency
(please provide documents for the initiation, development, and
implementation of the digital transformation project);

d. Collaborative attitude to share ideas and experiences;

e. Proficient in English language;

f. Eagerness to make a significant contribution to international law

enforcement cooperation and networking;
 g. Must be considered high potential by their senior management; and

h. Age not more than 35 years old

5.ln this regard, submit names of interested and qualified personnel for the
said programme to this Division (Attn: C, TDS) NLT June 14,2A22 via email address
safphrdd@yahoo.com along with the following documents in soft copies as required
by INTERPOL:

a. Application Form (as herein attached); and

b. Vaccination Card

6.Further, advise your recommendees to prepare the following documents

pending the announcement of successful examiners on July 28, 2022:

a. Unit Endorsement;

b. Personal Data Sheet;

c. ltledical Certificate issued by

Government Physician indicating
nominee has an RT-PCR Test with COVID-19 Negative Result and is
fit to travel and undergo foreign training;

d. Affidavit of Undertaking for the Grantee of PNP Scholarship;

e. DLOD Clearance; and

f . National Police Clearance.
