Group 8 Presentation
Overview
One of the most well-known waterfalls in the
Philippines is Pagsanjan Falls, also known as Magdapio
Falls in its native tongue. The falls are one of the top
destinations for tourists in the province of Laguna.
Leaving from the Pagsanjan municipality, a dugout
canoe river tour known locally as "Shooting the rapids"
takes travelers to the falls.

The boat ride provides tourists the amazing views of


the river lined with boulders and rocks where lush
greenery thrives. Upon reaching the main falls, you can
ride a bamboo raft across the natural pool to get
behind the falls.
Industry and
Competitor Review
Tourism is a major industry and source of employment in the Municipality of
Pagsanjan wherein majority of the residents rely on tourist arrivals for
business opportunities and employment to hotels and recreational places.

➢Direct Competitor - One of the nearest natural bathing places near the
Metro, Daranak falls is considered to be one of the most magnificent natural
formations in the country, protected by government legislation and
maintained by Tanay’s municipal administration.

➢Indirect Competitor - Taal Lake is a freshwater lake surrounding the iconic


Taal Volcano in Batangas. A perfect trip for the family enjoying a scenic
adventure with a 360 view of the famous lake. The tour starts with a quick
pump boat ride going to the crater. The pristine and calm water gives a
smooth sailing experience viewing the city from afar. Tourists will get to ride
a horse throughout their hike to the crater.

tourist takes responsibility for their own things to avoid harming the
environment.

We can see the progress of our business years from now that we have
improved the facilities and have a lot of trusted visitors who enjoyed our
services and the place.

And if you want people to come here, you need to


keep the area around Pagsanjan Falls looking nice so
you don't hurt its reputation and you can make it
even more beautiful by taking care of it. Another
possible course of action is to provide possible
activities, such as boat rides and canoe and kayak
tours, and then transport you to the falls.
