EVALUATION OF ALTERNATIVES
1. Focusing on the teaching job.
It may or may not have been better if she would have been working as a teacher as she
had no prior experience in the bakery business and was forced to take it up due to her
mother’s illness.
2. Cutting down on product portfolio.
Would have focused only on a few products that are in great demand rather than
keeping a variety in the beginning.

RECOMMENDATION
1. Should focus on doing proper marketing.
2. Get in collaboration with other small businesses and restaurants.
3. Try to get funds or loans from informal sources like relatives and friends.
