Dear Parent,
Please note the following with respect to the Periodic Test 3 for Classes X and XII
and Periodic Test 2 for Class IX. We request the parents of Classes X and XII to send
their wards to school for the offline tests as it will give them practice for the
forthcoming Board Examination.

Timings of Examination:
• For Class IX (Online )- 12:00 Noon – 1:15pm.
• For Class X (Offline)- 8:45 am - 10:30 am
• For Class XII (Offline)- 11:30 am – 1:15p.m.

Typology of Question Paper:

• For Class IX- Subjective type QP of 30 marks.
• For Class X - Objective type QP of 40 marks in all subjects (Except CA, Home Sc,
Painting & Music)
• For Class XII- Objective type QP of 15, 35 & 40 marks. (According to the respective
subjects)
General Instructions:
• There will be no regular classes for class IX on the day of Periodic Test, but regular
hybrid mode of classes will continue on days when they do not have any exam.
• Children should report to the school at least 15 minutes prior to the scheduled time of
commencement of examination.
• Seating plan for each day will be displayed at the entrance outside the reception.
• Not more than 13 children will sit in each room.
• School will follow all Covid protocols for the well-being of our children.

The Date sheet for the periodic test is enclosed herewith. Please fill in the consent for
offline exams and send it to the class teacher latest by 4th October,2021.

health. I also undertake to be available to come to school and pick up my child in case he/she
develops ill-health.
