This SAMPLE includes 15 Exit Slips that are aligned to the 5th grade Common
Core Math standards. These formative assessments are perfect for quickly
assessing student understanding of new concepts and skills. The FULL
RESOURCE includes 42 exit slips, each with 3 versions, for a total of 126 slips.
• 3 versions are available for each skill, so that you can reassess as
needed.
• Each exit ticket contains only 1 to 6 items, depending on the skill, making it
