Subject: Chemistry

Success Criteria:
Starter (5-10 mins): Start the class with ‘DO NOW’ slide with a starter activity.
Student Led Activities: A starter slide will be displayed on the projector, where students will answer two question using their previous knowledge and basic skills.
(STARTER ACTIVITY)
Main Activity (20-30 mins): A slide on catalyst will be displayed on the projector. Teacher will be taking students to explore on what do you mean by catalyst after
the few minute video. A video on catalyst that are used in real life will be shown, followed with a small explanation with an interactive session with kids. After the
explanation peer activity will be continued in class.
Plenary ( 5-10 mins): Quick recap of the topic will be conducted in class i.e., short quiz on the topic explained will be conducted in class, where the classes will be
divided into two group.
