Dear Mrs. Shubham Singh

With reference to the Application submitted by you & further interview you had with us, we
are pleased to offer you the position of “Backend Developer” as discussed by us. You are
requested to join us on or before 12th July 2023 at 10.00 A. M. as decided by the
Management of the Company.

Your Gross salary will be Rs.28000/- per month, subject to various deductions as per
policy of company / government / appropriate authority.

In case of you wish to terminate your services with this Company, you have to serve the
notice period of 1 month.

The roles and responsibility and other terms and conditions of your employment will be
specified in your letter of appointment.

In case if you are terminate because of performance or misbehavior then company release
your payment after 45 day.

If you resign at your end then company release your payment after 45 day.
