Employment Contract

Mrs. Sakina (HAssani)

Dear Mrs,

this is to confirm that you are hereby Appointed as Reporter at (NVM) based in KAbul, \afghanistan. This
contract will go in to effect on 10/05/2020, A reporter is responsible for the performance and report the
news in an area.

Your services will be required as reporter employee of NVM., six days a week from Saturday through
Thursday.

your remunerration will be at the rate of Afg 10,000 per month which is subject to all govenment taxes
that will deducted from your monthly salary and deposited into the government revenue account.

as per NVM's policy, are entitled to a total of 15 working days' vacation leave and total of 12 days' sick
leave per annum, both of these leave days are paid leave.
your employment contract maybe renewed for an additional one Year or six months depending on the
project, if not lerminated earlier.

this contract can be terminated by either party without assigning any reason, by serving one-month
prior notice.

your performance wil lbe evaluated continously by tour supervisor or anyone designated by NVM/
director. Your poor performance can also result in termination of your contract.

your are expected to observe confidentiality of all ducuments that you may have in your position while
fulfilling duties for NVM Any documents that you may have in your position while fulfilling duties for
NVM. will be proprty of he employer.

your contract will be immedietely terminated if your found to be involved in any kinds of misconduct,
fraud, forgery or any other activities that are against the rules and policies of NVM.
