2.0 Objectives
The primary objectives of this project are as follows:
To identify the key factors that motivate volunteers to join and remain active
in our organization.
To increase volunteer retention rates by at least 20% over the next year.
To enhance volunteer satisfaction and engagement levels within the
Community Action Alliance.
To develop a sustainable framework for volunteer motivation and retention
that can be applied to future projects.
To create a volunteer recognition program that acknowledges and celebrates
the contributions of our dedicated volunteers.
4.0 Participation
Community Action Alliance staff members will be actively involved in all
phases of the project.
Current volunteers will be invited to participate in surveys, interviews, and
focus group discussions during the research phase.

10.0 Proposal
The Community Action Alliance kindly requests approval and support for the

initiatives.
