Project Title: Volunteer Motivation and Retention

Organization: Community Empowerment Network

1.0 Background of The Project

The project "Volunteer Motivation and Retention" seeks to address the critical
issue of maintaining a motivated and engaged pool of volunteers within our
organization, CEN. Volunteers play an integral role in our community service
initiatives, and their continued commitment is vital to the success and
sustainability of our programs. We have observed a need to better understand what
motivates our volunteers and how we can improve retention rates to ensure the
long-term impact of our initiatives.
