1) Organization: Som Projects Pvt Ltd, Project Director (Feb-22 to Continue)


Project Name: EPC projects of Delhi Development Authority at Delhi and Airport project at
Madurai, Cost of the projects are 200 Cr

Key Responsibilities
 Design development and coordination with the Client, Architects, Interior designers Structural
and MEP consultants for getting the final coordinated GFC drawings and details for the final
execution.
 Work planning and monitoring of the activities as per the master schedule of the project.
 Resources planning and facilitating the site for hindrances free execution and timely
completion of the projects.
 Resource planning and close adherence to the timeline.
 Direct interaction with all the stack holders of the projects, Like-Suppliers, Sub contractors
etc. Facilitating the site for their forecasting and emergency needs.

2) Organization : Turner Project Management India Pvt Ltd,Construction Manager (October


2019 –Jan-22)
Project Name : Construction of Phoenix mall, Indore (M.P.)

Key Responsibilities

 Design development and coordination with the Client, Architects, Interior designers Structural
and MEP consultants for getting the final coordinated GFC drawings and details for the final
execution.
 Work planning and monitoring of the activities as per the master schedule of the project.
 Coordination, drawing workshops and executions of the civil, demolition mechanical,
structural steel fabrication and erection works through various contractors at site.
 Inspections of various Civil, structural strengthening, and RCC demolitions works
independently and with a team of subordinates.Handling theoverall package of Brown field
and green field activities from the design development face to final handing over to the client.
 Monitoring and inspections of the Structural steel strengthening and Fibre wrapping works to
enhance the stability of the old structures.
 Certification of the RA bills of the contractors, material reconciliation, Quantity surveying, and
estimation ofall the project activities for the resources planning, procurement log and
Budgeting purposes.
 Planning and reviewing the critical activities of the project to trouble shoot it, well in advance
to avoid the delays.
 Daily and weekly progress review meeting with the various contractors. Weekly Safety and
quality review meetings with the team members and the various vendors.
 Daily morning and evening huddle meeting with the team members to review the project
progress and targets.
 Weekly progress and Budget review meeting with the top management and MIS updates.
 Preparation, review and certification of the methodology, risk assessment and logistics of the
various activities.
 Aligning the smooth and healthy Coordination in between various vendors to avoid and
eliminate the chaos at work place.
 Preconstruction workshops, review and approval of the shop drawings of each line item
before execution.
 Preparation and submission of Monthly cash flow, budget, and taking approval from the client.
 Close coordination with the safety and quality team to fulfil the all required compliances during
the execution.

 Coordination with the client’s purchase and contractual team for the smooth and uninterrupted
progress of the works.

Achievements :
 Achieved the Target of 3000 Cum RCC demolition and 1300 MT Structural strengthening
works with in the period of 15 months.
 Handed over the 8-screen multiplex to Inox with in the fixed timeline and acknowledges the
appreciation from the client.
 Completed the retro fittings and civil works with in the scheduled timelines and handed over to
MEP vendors for their First fix activities.
 Constructed the foundations for the Chillers, Cooling towers, solar panels and AHUs and got
it installed at location.
 Constructed the MS landings for Escalator and travellators installation and made them
installed.

3) Organization : Som Projects Pvt Ltd, Sr.Project Manager (March 2014 –Sep-2019)
Project Name : Capex and Revenue works at Tata Motors Small Car Project at Sanand,
Ahmedabad (Gujrat)

Key Responsibilities

 Single point of contact for all the Capex and Revenue works at TML Plant.
 Project lead for a team of 120-150 work force, with a team of 15 subordinates. Execution of
various Civil, RCC demolition, Structural steel fabrication/erection works, Structural
modification works inside and outside the shops as per the requirement of client.
 Construction and handover of Capex Projects like expansions of Press shop, Weld shop,
Power train shop, TCF shop etc.
 Execution of Various internal Structural modifications inside the shops as per the
requirements of client.
 Execution of Various Revenue works inside and outside the shops.
 Execution of Various day-to-day Civil and mechanical maintenance works inside the plant.
 Bituminous works on the test track its widening and Thermo plastic edge and centre line
markings.
 Construction and maintenance of the existing roads of TML plant and Vendor park.
 Construction and maintenance of the drinking, process & sewerage line inside the TML plant
and vendor park.
 Construction and handover of the Fire tank, RO tank, cooling tower foundations and
Percolation wells.
 Construction and handover of the capex project of Dynamo Building including peripheral
roads, office cabins, toilets and all the utility lines like process water ,drinking water,
peripheral storm water , sewerage line and compressed air line etc.
 Construction and Handover of the new engine assembly area, Kitting room, dressing line
structure and Substation building at Power train shop.
 Construction and handover of the Transformer room, logistics pads, Utility trenches, Buck pit,
LHS, RHS pits installation of the compressed air, process water line inside the weld shop.
 Construction of the new space and supporting structure for the assembly of the EV vehicles
 Construction of the Tyre line pit and supporting structure for the tyre assembly, new office,
loading unloading platforms, Civil expansions and internal structure fabrication & erection
works at TCF shop
 Various structural modification, maintenance works in Admin/ workers Canteens, admin
building, Training centre building Utility building, paint shop, Dispatch Parkand Press shop
etc.
 Laying of the new sewerage, storm, and process water, drinking water line inside the TML
plant and vendor park.
 Erection of the Dust enclosure structure in colour selection section of the paint shop.
 Compliance of all the safety and quality standards of the TML.
 Preparation and submission of schedule of each capex and revenue works to the client and
daily progress review with construction team of TML.
 Submission of the monthly RA bills to the client and its certification.
 Submission of the estimation and cost of new revenue and capex works to the client and
obtaining its PO or Work order.
 Construction and handover of the periodic shutdown works with in the allotted timelines in
close coordination with the shop heads.
 Certification of the RA bills of the sub-contractors.
 Submission of the proposed monthly work done to the client and cash flow to the top
management of SPPL.
 Daily work planning and progress review meeting with the staff and target setting.
 Material indent and its follow up with purchase deptt for uninterrupted work progress.
 Discussion and clearance on the future upcoming projects with the client for resource
optimization.

Achievements:
 Completed the Capex project of Dynamo building with in the record period of 5 months and
got the appreciation from the plant head.
 Completed all the works of periodic shutdown before the schedule and handed over it to user.
 Successfully completed the test track expansion, bituminous resurfacing, and thermo plastic
road painting works of 1.3 km test track with in the record period of 7 days.

4) Organization : Ansal Housing & Cons Ltd, Deputy. Project Manager (June 2008 –Feb-2014)
Project Name : Construction of the Township, Indore (M.P.)

Key Responsibilities

 Monitoring and supervision of the civil construction woks of row houses and apartments,
Finishing works, External development works etc.
 Preparation of the Monthly RA bills of the contractors with material reconciliation.
 Quantity surveying, material indent and Field-testing of the Construction material.
 Coordination with the Architects and consultants for the GFC drawings.
 Coordination with the marketing team for the handing over strategy of the plots, row houses
and flats.
