APPLICATION FOR THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE

WARRANTS OF PETITIONER/APPLICANT
REGARDING APPEARENCE OF MINOR IN THE
COURT

Respectfully Sheweth: -

1. That the above titled Guardian petition is pending

before this Honorable Court which is fixed
whereas the respondent with malafide intention
concealed the all material facts regarding pending
meeting schedule with the minors before the court
of (Evening Court) learned family/guardian judge
Lahore. It is pertinent to mention here that minors
along with applicant regularly meeting with the
respondent at his residence as per the court order
and all reports are annexed with the application.

2. That the respondent with malafide intention

concealed all material facts regarding cases
 adjudication before the court Learned Guardian
Judge, Lahore that cases are pending for evidence
and reply of the application presented by the
applicant before this court but with malafide
intention respondent appeared before duty Judge
and issued order of warrant u/s 100 which is
illegal and unlawful and liable to be withdrawn.

3. That the respondent not paid a single penny since

2018 and meeting the minors without paying
regularly on the other hand with malafide
intention and ulterior motive spoil the life of
minors with different fake and frivolous tactics use
in court and applicant also lodged FIR and trial is
pending before the Judicial Magistrate.

4. That the respondent tried to snatch the minors

upon meeting in the court Evening court where
the respondent with active connivance of gunda
elements tried to harassing minors as well as
applicant and on that day on the spot of
occurrence CCTV cameras are also available
showing the malafide of the respondent later on
applicant make call on 15 and police reached at
the spot and taken the gunda elements as well as
the respondent to the police station where
respondent appeared before learned SHO and
apologized in writing along with placing witness
his counsel but till now all in vain.
