These days, more and more of us are living in big cities because it is believed that the big

cities are attractive to live, and have wide range of opportunities to work, entertainment,
education and leisure activities. However, there are a lot of problems people living in
cities have to face. It has been pointed out that traffic congestion and environmental
pollution are the main problems that people face. There are some ways to solve the
problem
First, traffic congestion is the city’s dilemma. People in the city face this problem
everyday. The urban population increases, the space for commuters is gradually
narrowing, leading to the traffic situation at rush hour becoming worse and worse and
affecting the quality of life. People feel suffocated when they drive through traffic jams
Second, nowadays, environmental pollution takes the form of air pollution, noise
pollution,….Living in a polluted environment makes them lose their health. Increasing
cases of respiratory diseases, skin diseases.
Eliminate this situation we can take a number of measures. First, to relieve traffic jams,
people should choose public transport instead of using private vehicles. The second
measure is for the government to educate people. The community needs to understand
what must be done to create a friendly and civilized living environment. Besides,
competent authority should impose more punishment to give examples for human.
To conclude, to a certain extent, this issue could be addressed by both government and
individuals. This has different solutions to it, but being aware of each of us is still the best
solution

Besides, there are a few days when I come here alone with my laptop to sit here and do
my essay. The place is rather quiet and cozy, which makes me feel relaxed and calm and
helps me with my work.
