URGENT EX-PARTE MOTION FOR FURLOUGH

Accused PRINCE DANMAR MINA, by himself, to this Honorable Court, most

respectfully states, that:

1. The accused is charged with ESTAFA before this Honorable Court;

2. The accused is currently detained at the San Juan City Bureau of Jail
Management and Penology while his case is pending;

3. His mother, Marietta Mina Serrano, passed away on June 10, 2023, as
evidenced by the Certificate of Death attached herewith as “Annex A”;

4. The accused wishes to attend the burial of his mother this Sunday, June 18,
2023 in San Juan City Cemetery at around 9:00am.

PRAYER

WHEREFORE, premises considered and for humanitarian reason, it is most

respectfully prayed of this Honorable Court that the accused PRINCE DANMAR MINA be
allowed to attend the burial of his mother this Sunday, June 18, 2023 in San Juan City
Cemetery at around 9:00am. It is further prayed that the appropriate personnel/jail
officers be allowed to accompany him to and from San Juan City Cemetery.
