levels or dampening stagnancy in the vertical growth, The reasons are
many. In some of the hot destination like india, the average age of people
joining the BPO workforce I anywhere between 24-25. They earn well
but after a certain period, they start thinking of better jobs that give
stability and progress. Absenteeism is an equally important issue that
needs to be tackled along with attrition. A reliable resources says that 1 in
10 employees is always absent in a BPO scenario. Finding quality human
resource with the right skills and values, poses the biggest question mark
in front of the HR teams in the matter. Willingness to learn, the ability to
deal well with the clients, attention to the details, patience to handle
cumbersome situation or fostering creativity; these can be picked up from
training class, but to what extent? Large BPO service providers may be
able to things, but small and medium industries need assistance.

By making the level of employee morale, company may consider the


following suggestion.

 company should consider the achieves and responsibility for the


employees.
 there are more risk if the company can make some more adequate
motivation programs.
 company can take the less heavy work for the workers.
 The company can select more talents.
 Management can make the good idea to development inter department
cooperation.

A morale is a psychological concept. Morale is importent for members,


company to company. Equal for all student at the correct age, nature of
work etc. skills may be range from more high to more low. In this study
first focus business solution were says there are various features which
involves skills and productivity of the each members a social work safe
work, good facilities, income, healthy rules, shifting work and making of
work is more important. They make workers skills take more important
