I am very honored and excited to write this recommendation letter for Dr. Amir
Ghorbani, a Ph.D. graduate in Management to be hired in the postdoctoral position
at the University of Isfahan. I got to know him since he was doing his Ph.D. and
understood that he is a hard-working and very talented student. He has successfully
passed his Ph.D. thesis titled “Designing Of Smart Tourism Organization (STO)
For Tourism Management” and has submitted 3 papers to international journals
from his thesis. His full dedication to different tasks, being responsible, having a
sense of perfection, together with his kind, loyal, and caring personality, have
always impressed me. Moreover, he continuously keeps herself up-to-date, by
searching the trending topics related to his fields of interest, learning how to work
with relevant software, and improving his English language skills. I believe that he
can easily make respectful and constructive relationships, work with colleagues
from various disciplines, and bring a great dynamic to every environment he
enters. All in all, I strongly recommend Amir to be hired as a postdoctoral student
in Tourism Management at Esfahan university He is a talented and ambitious
young researcher and I can easily imagine that he can be very successful in his
