Questionnaire includes
 What you felt about our food in terms of taste and presentation please
give feedback?
It was really good but presentation is not good as taste. So please, if
possible, do some changes for those presentation.

 How will you rate the quality in variety as how much variety we had
given you and to what extent you are satisfied?
I will give 4 out of 5, one I has cut for the less variety as you asked
because taste was really good but there should be much more variety.

 Was our food has served hot?

Yes, it was really hot and we liked taste, variety and presentation as
well.

 Was the food tasty and worthful in terms of price?

Yes, it was tasty and worthful in terms of price. As I visit previous week
and noticed that prices of same food were very high of your competitor.

 Did our menu have innovated food items?

Yes, it was in comparison to your competitor. Even taste and
presentation is also very good.
