Then you most understand the vision of the Movement which is based on
the principle of Democracy, Equality and Social Justice.
NBM Leaders are to act on the Fundamental Objective and Directive
Principles of Movement Policy
It is the duty and responsibility of all authorities and persons excessing
Legislative, Executive and Judicial Powers to conform to the provisions
of the articles in the NBM Constitution.
Special thanks to the Leadership of the Zone in organizing this
“Leadership Training” for the Zonal Leaders” to enhance capacity and
equip our Leaders with in enhancing responsibilities.

Let me quickly defend training in this concept so that we


can appreciate the importance for this gesture by the
Zonal leaders.
“Training can be defined as an Educative, Informative and
Skill Development process which brings about a change in
Comprehension and improve productivity
Leaders. Set directions and help the zone to A Good Leader should know his Team, their

Deals with issues bordering on the day to day
Administration of the Zone, Emergencies,
Publicity, Security, etc for the good governance
of the movement

perfect circle
