Airecell Cleanroom Doors
The Airecell Cleanroom Door System allows a full integration and a perfect complanarity incorporation
into the prefabricated wall cladding installation. Airecell Doors can be also installed on traditional existing
walls. Airecell Doors can be Sliding or Hinged, with one or two leaves, with automatic or manual openings.
They can have different panel materials and several colors are available.

• This shape keel is easy to install, and currently widely used.

The Features of Esco Airecell Doors
• Adopt the design of big square window, avoid the problem deformation or cracking of
the Melamine resin plate when install the window by embedding; the square window is
decorated on the door plank by Fibonacci Lines, elegant appearance; is decorated on
white screen printing on the edge of the square window, very fine.
• It is smooth of the door plank surface, no concavo-convex edge, non dust, easy to clean.
• The door plank is made of Melamine resin material, variety of colors, bright breakage
after generic crash, long service life.
• Unique structure of extrusion and seal, nondeformable in long-time usage, good air
tightness.
• Lift type sweep dust bar, make more convenient in opening and closing the door and
sealing the air.
• The lock-set is press lockset or stainless steel hand lock.

PHARMACY COMPOUNDING CENTRE

Scope of Works

• To Conceptualise Design in compliance to cGMP (PIC/s and USP 797/800)

• To dismantle existing wall, flooring, ceiling, lighting fixtures and FFU.
• To supply and install of Esco own proprietary equipment (CBI, LAF & FFU)
• To supply and install of Cleanroom Panels, Doors, Ceiling and Lighting Fixtures.
• To supply and install of Electrical and Communications Utilities (FFU, LAF, CBI, Exit Signs & Data).
• To supply and install of monitoring and alarm system for controlling the operation of HVAC system and to monitor the
laboratory operating parameters in the Lab rooms/zones pressure, supply air quantity in each room, AHU status,
exhaust blower status, VFD status, Room temperature & Room Humidity.
• To supply and install of Fire Protection and Alarm System (Smoke Detector, Alarm Bell, Manual Pull Stations, Portable
Fire Extinguisher and Sprinkler)
• To design, supply and install of Ducting Design for FFU, LAF & CBI (to ensure no contamination risk to product)
• To provide Training of Staff involved with the new facility
• To provide Documentation Output in Validation Project Plan or Project Plan, Completed as-built specification package
including drawings of facility & utility layout, electrical, ducting and monitoring panel, Testing & Commissioning, Staff
Training Records, Cleaning Procedures, Maintenance Procedures, Users Procedures and Computerised System
