1. What are the importance of speed in performing the basic movement drills in
taekwondo?

- Speed is important in taekwondo, since sparring matches are just two minutes
long. The ability to kick faster offers you an advantage over your opponent.
Getting into the habit of planning for more than one kick in an assault is a
fantastic method to improve your kicking speed.

2. How do I become healthier if I develop the components of physical fitness which is


speed?

- When you think about speed, you may envision an event such as the 100-meter
sprint. But, by definition, speed is relative. A top 100-meter sprinter must be
extremely quick for roughly 10 seconds. Physical fitness is broken down into
many component categories that vary from person to person. Each individual
may be taught on these aspects of physical fitness in order to enhance specific
talents or performance in activities. Building on certain components can result in
the desired changes in your fitness, mental health, and lifestyle.
