RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN OF BRGY. KASUGA,

MAGSAYSAY, DAVAO DEL SUR TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH LAND BANK OF
THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) BANSALAN BRANCH AND AUTHORIZING MR. KENNETH
JAY M. MAÑACAP, SK CHAIRPERSON AND MR. ROSSEL JOHN CATRIZ, SK
TREASURER AS OFFICIAL SIGNATORY OF THE SAID ACCOUNT.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Barangay of Barangay Kasuga, Magsaysay, Davao del

Sur authorize the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Kasuga to open an Account in
Land Bank of the Philippines (LBP) Bansalan Branch and authorizing Mr. Kenneth
Jay M. Mañacap and Mr. ROSSEL JOHN CATRIZ as official signatory therewith;

WHEREAS, Barangay Kasuga hereby authorized the following officers as official

signatory of the deposit saving account any two of the signatory would suffice the
transaction of the Barangay to viz;

RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVED, to pass resolution AUTHORIZING THE

TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH LAND BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES (LBP) BANSALAN
BRANCH AND AUTHORIZING MR. KENNETH JAY M. MAÑACAP, SK
CHAIRPERSON AND MR. ROSSEL JOHN CATRIZ, SK CHAIRPERSON AND SK
TREASURER AS OFFICIAL SIGNATORY OF THE SAID ACCOUNT.

RESOLVED FURTHER, THAT THIS RESOLUTION REMAINS EFFECTIVE AND HAS

NOT BEEN AMENDED REVOKED OR SUPERSEDED.
