out a party for ABC Company. An S$6,000 budget has been allocated. The location chosen
can accommodate that number of guests. The attendees will be seated in accordance with the
seating chart, served a four-course meal, and entertained live by a band that will perform a

Once all guests have departed and the catering firm, music band manager, and venue manager

4.0 Work Breakdown Structure
All the methods a manager will employ to accomplish the main objective are included in the
project planning process. The project manager must ask himself certain questions in order to
accomplish this, such as what opportunities are associated with the project or what outcomes
are required. What are the precise tasks that must be completed, etc. The management must
break the project down into distinct tasks as the major goal of project planning. This method
is additionally referred to as the job breakdown structure. The work breakdown structure is
only used because it offers a means of ensuring easy transitions between jobs (Gordon, A.,
2019).

I'll divide the Christmas Party project into six categories: planning, venue, entertainment,
catering, decorations, and invitations to the party. A particular squad will represent each
category. The planning team, however, continues to be the most crucial one because it will be
consulted by the venue team, the entertainment team, the catering team, the decorations team,
and the team in charge of sending out invites to the guests. I'll describe the work bundles in
the work breakdown structure here.

5.0 Cost Estimation
Bottom Up Estimation (BuE) is a highly helpful estimation technique that may generate
precise cost and schedule estimates (Quizlet Inc., 2019). Once all the work packages
necessary to achieve the project deliverables have been specified, this estimation begins with
the lowest activity. All team members must provide their ideas because they will be working
on the task in order to produce accurate estimations. Therefore, we were using this method to
cost estimation as below:
