APPOINTMENT LETTER
On the recommendation of selection committee are offered post of______________

In the consolidation pay of Rs._________ in the following terms and conditions

(i) That u will be on probation for a period of Three months with effect from the date of receipt of your
acceptance of offer appointment to join the duty.
(ii) That your services are libel to be terminated with out notice from either side with out assigning any
reason during probation period.
(iii) That you will be subject to all the PIONEER PUBLIC ELEMENTRY SCHOOL WANKI WASI
services Rules, Regulations and instructions governing your appointment issued from time to time.
(iv) After complication one year your entitle to receive summer vacation salary (Jun July)
(v) Monthly salary will be paid on 10th of every month one month salary will be kept as deposit.
(vi) To resign you must inform us in, writing by at least one month written notice
(vii) In case of advance notice (leaving) is not to give you may lose this deposit and in case of month
Notice you will be paid monthly plus deposit together
(viii) If the above terms and condition are accepted to you, you should report to administrator of the
institute to join duty within seven days from the receipt of the offer, failing which the offer will stand
cancelled.
