WITNESSETH; That
2. TERM: The term of lease is for two (2) years, from March 29, 2023 to
March 28, 2025. Upon its expiration, this lease may be renewed under new
terms and conditions beneficial to both parties;
3. RENTAL RATE: The monthly rental rate for the leased premises shall
be TWENTY SEVEN THOUSAND PESOS (Php27,000.00) for the TWO (2) years
and the whole period of the contract of lease shall be paid in cash after a year
the monthly rentals shall be paid in twelve (12) post-dated checks. The
LESSEE shall deliver, upon signing of this instruments;
5. UTILITIES : The LESSEE shall pay for all charges for electricity,
water, telephone, and other utilities installed on the leased premises. The
LESSOR shall

not impose any additional charges and/or deposits other than those imposed
by the utility provider.
Termination by the LESSEE before the end of the term of this contract
shall result to the forfeiture of the Security Deposit, by way of penalty and to
cover the damages suffered due to breach of this contract.
10. This CONTRACT OF LEASE shall render all prior agreement, written
or verbal, extinguished, novated, and of no more binding effect.

and conditions beneficial to both parties;
3. RENTAL RATE: The monthly rental rate for the leased premises shall
be TWELVE THOUSAND PESOS (Php12,000.00) for the TWO (2) years every
20th of the month. The LESSEE shall deliver, upon signing of this instruments;
5. UTILITIES : The LESSEE shall pay for all charges for electricity,
water, telephone, and other utilities installed on the leased premises. The
LESSOR shall
