Imitative Speaking is the learner is basically attempting to repeat what was stated to them in
an understandable manner and with some compliance to the teacher's intended
pronunciation.
2. A limited amount of language is produced during intensive speaking in a closely controlled
environment.
3. Responsive speaking- Several questions are asked after a straightforward query in the
communication.
4. Information exchange takes place during interactive speech, which is typical at the
responsive level.
5. Usually, extensive communication takes the form of a monolog.
