The Insulin Excellence Academy is brought to you by Sanofi in line with its commitment towards Medical
Education for healthcare professionals. The course content is provided by the Johns Hopkins University (“JHU”).
The goal of this program is to give a simple medium to the physicians to upgrade their insight and clinical
practice on diabetes.

If you wish to participate in this program, you shall contact Sanofi Medical Representative.

Upon completion of this program, physicians will receive a certificate of completion from the Johns Hopkins
University (JHU)

2. Why should I enroll for the course?


This 5 course comprises of comprehensive content for diabetes
management. The modules together with practice cases will allow
you to learn how to better manage diabetes for your patients.

3. What do I get from this program?


Upon completion of this program you will receive certificate of
completion from the Johns Hopkins University (JHU), and of IDI
accreditation.
You will also automatically be invited to join Asia Alliance
Diabetes Care Congress with various Asia countries.

4. How much is the course fee?


This programme is brought to you by Sanofi, in collaboration with
JHU, as a part of our commitment to the stakeholders’ education.

5. How long is the duration of this training?


This training will take 2.5 hours by webinar followed by quiz.
Upon completion of the webinar and past the quiz with minimum
score of 75%, participant is eligible to receive the certificate of
completion.

6. When will I get the certificate from JHU?


Your certificate of completion signed by JHU will be sent to you
once you have completed modules with minimum 75% score.
