PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE
1. QA Engineer at PT. Microcast Batam
(July 2022 – July 2023)
Responsibility:
1. Arrangement manpower for QC Incoming, QC In process and QC Out Going.
2. Follow up NCR Part from Customer returned and Internal until closure.
3. Handle SCAR / 8D Report from Customer until closure.
4. Follow up SCAR to Supplier if any quality issue found by Incoming, Production
and Customer.
5. Arrange and prepare schedule for Calibration equipment for internal calibration
external calibration.
6. As MR for QMS for ISO 9001: 2015 implementation in company.
7. Maintain document for Quality Manual, Procedure, Work Instruction, Form and
whatever related to ISO 9001 must controlled.

2. Supplier Quality Engineer at PT. Interpak Industries Batam


(January 2020 – January 2021)
Responsibility:
1. Manage Incoming Quality Inspection
2. Perform on-site Supplier visit for root cause analysis and verification of
corrective action of Supplier quality issue.
3. Review Supplier manufacturing processes, collaborate with Supplier on
process improvement and value enhancement opportunities.
4. Support the Quality Manager to monitor and report on Supplier product
quality and performance.
5. Report on Key Performance occurrences Indicator (KPI) in order to adhere to
process and prevent occurrences of any non-conformity relating to product,
process or system.
6. Manage and control for calibration system for all equipment’s used.

3. QA Engineer at PT. OSI Electronics


(November 2016 – March 2019)
Responsibility:
1. Develops and initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing and
evaluation.
2. Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instruction
for recording, evaluating and reporting quality and reliability data.
3. Develops and implements methods and procedures for disposition of
Discrepancy material and devises methods to assess cost and responsibility.

1. Handle SCARs/8D/e-CAR/Customer Claims until closure.
2. Conduct RMA verification and investigation.
3. Handle the internal quality issue daily until closure.
4. Review QA document (PCP and OQC).
5. Handle NPI support – Product Briefing, ECN meetings.
6. Compile Built Report data from IPQC and QC and send to Customer.
7. In-Charge of NPI or AdHoc Qualification Test creation of test plans,
coordination with the other department.

Customer including 8D report.
9. Handles customer audits including the needed preparations before the audit
