Receptionist: Good day ma’am. I remind you that today is your check out 25th of
march at 12nn.

Guest: yes

Receptionist: mama, have you used any service today?

Guest: no, not at all

Receptionist: how was your stay?

Guest: we really enjoyed our stay.

Receptionist: that`s great maim. If you need help for your languages. We will send
you a bell person as soon as possible.

Guest: alright thank you.

Receptionist: Good morning, Ma’am. My name is jade, how may I help you?

Guest: We’re checking out of room 653

Receptionist: Certainly, Ma’am just for a moment


Good morning room 653 check-out please… Thank you
So I’m just printing out your bill Ma’am. how was your stay in our hotel Ma’am?

Guest: Oh. Everything was great. The Champagne in our room is perfect too.

Receptionist: That’s good to hear ma’am. Here is your bill, your room is already
paid upon check-in and these are your remaining incidentals upon availing our room
service; restaurant ad minibar kindly checks your guest folio before we proceed to
any check out process.
Guest: Everything in this folio is correct.

Receptionist: Alright Ma’am, how would you like to settle your account?

Guest: A visa card

Receptionist: May I just borrow your card Ma’am

Guest: here

Receptionist: Thank you here’s your card Ma’am and may we just ask for your
signature here.

Guest: Okay

Receptionist: May we ask for the key card

Guest: Oh. I almost forgot

Receptionist: that’s okay ma’am, by the way were you able to empty your safety
deposit box?

Guest: Yes, I have

Receptionist: Will you be needing a taxi assistance or do you have a car parked
here?

Guest: Yes, we will be needing a taxi assistance. Our flight leaves within 3 hours do
you think we’ll get there on time?

Receptionist: Of course, Ma’am the next shuttle service will arrive around 30
minutes and it only takes an hour and a half to get you to the airport.
Guest: That’s nice. Thank you

Receptionist: Please kindly sign to the hotel guest book while waiting Ma’am?

Guest: Ohh sure, by the way do you have any membership card here in your hotel?

Receptionist: Yes, Ma’am here’s prestige club membership it entitles you 15%
discount on your total food bill, 15% on laundry for in-house guest and 10 % discount
on beverage orders year around. And also gives you and waves corkage fee for 5
bottles for banquet events. Lastly it provides a very special room rates exclusively for
member that can be availed for one full year. It’s just total of 9,500.

Guest: Do you mind if I get a copy of this?

Receptionist: Of course Ma’am. This is the list of all you need to know while this is
the application form if you have any questions please do not hesitate to call the front
desk and we will be delighted to assist you.

Guest: Thank you very much. I enjoyed my stay here.

Receptionist: I’m glad to hear that thank you for staying here in our hotel. I’m
looking forward to see you again and have a safe trip, Ma’am.
