PTP 25 BULLETIN # 1-A:

Launching of the UP Law Center’s

th
25 Foundation Course of the Paralegal Training Program (PTP 25) and
Important Training Reminders
Padayon!
Greetings to the officially registered participants of the 25th Foundation Course of the
Paralegal Training Program. We look forward to meeting all training participants who may be
geographically distant from our UP Diliman campus but quite close virtually via the digital Zoom
conferencing platform. We would like to gently remind and/or kindly request you of the following:

1. Distribution of PTP25 Training Kits.- The training kit, which consists of a training bag,
blue book, pen, UPLC ID card and lanyard, and a copy of the Philippine Constitution,
is available for pick-up at Bocobo Hall, UP Law Center, Diliman, Quezon City. You
may personally get your kits starting today, from Monday to Friday between 9:00 AM
to 6:00 PM. No schedule of distribution on weekends.

If a representative will get the training kits on your behalf, kindly instruct your
representative to present your signed authorization letter to the releasing officer. The
release and receipt paper should also be signed by your representative on your
behalf.

If you would like to book a courier such as Grab, Lalamove, LBC, etc., to pick-up and
collect your training kit, please instruct the courier/rider to sign the release and receipt
paper under your name.

For applicants residing outside of Metro Manila, including those who are abroad, it is
strongly suggested that you designate a representative residing or is based in Metro
Manila who can pick-up the training kit in UP Diliman, and thereafter arrange that it
be delivered and forwarded to your address outside of Metro Manila. You may also
book your own courier (i.e. LBC via COD/COP services) to arrange pick-up and
delivery of your kits.

Per University policy, the costs of delivery of the training kits from the UPLC to the
given residence/address of the training participant shall be exclusively shouldered by
the training participant. It is the trainee rather than the UPLC who shall pay for the
costs of delivery.
2. UPLC-PTP 25 ID Cards.- The unlaminated hard copy of your UPLC-PTP 25
Identification (ID) Card without your ID photo and signature is included in your training
kit. To complete this ID Card, please paste your ID photo on the designated space
thereof and sign on the space above your printed name and have the ID card
laminated on your end. We apologize for and regret this inconvenience but is the
safest and fastest way of having your complete UPLC-PTP 25 ID Card ready and
available for your use amidst the Covid-19 health and safety protocols.
