Interviewer: Good morning! Thank you for coming to this interview. I'm Laura, the
company's human resources manager. Can you tell me her name and talk a bit about her
work experience?

Candidate: Hello, Laura! My name is Carlos Martinez. I have experience in the sales field,
where I worked for the past four years as a sales representative at an electronics
company. During that time, I developed skills in customer service, negotiation, and
meeting sales targets.

Interviewer: Great, Carlos. Sales skills are very important to our company. Can you give
me an example of how you have met or exceeded your sales goals at your previous job?
Candidate: Of course. At my previous job, I had a monthly sales goal and I was committed
to exceeding it. To achieve this, I focused on identifying customer needs and offering
personalized solutions. Established strong relationships with existing clients and also
actively sought out new clients through prospecting and participation in trade events.
Implemented effective tracking strategies and worked closely with the marketing team to
optimize our campaigns. As a result, I have been able to exceed my sales goal by 20% on
average over the last year.
