Theme: “Healthy diet, gawing habit – FOR LIFE!”

NAPKIN FOLDING
GUIDELINES:
1. Seven (7) participants from the different year levels of Junior High School and Senior High School
of Narciso School Inc.
2. Order of presentation will be drawn by lottery during the event.
3. Napkins (sizes 20” x 20”) to be provided by the contestants.
4. Participants should be in uniform/pe uniform.
5. Participants will demonstrate seven (7) basic fold as enumerated below and one (1) special fold
which they create themselves, a total of eight (8) folds.
- Bishop’s Hat
- Fan
- Candle
- Pyramid
- Rose
- Bird of paradise
- Lotus

6. Contestants will be given 3 minutes to demonstrate both the basic and special fold. Deduction of
one (1) point for every 10 seconds exceeding time.
7. Assistants are not allowed in the participant’s area. NO COACHING!
8. One (1) point per violation of rule will be deducted from the final score.
