For online courses – no submission of assigned coursework for three weeks 3. Faculty has attempted to
contact student and has issued an academic alert.
4. Student has not responded to communication attempts/academic alerts
Every effort should be made to encourage the student to self-withdraw. If repeated attempts at
communication are ignored by the student, the faculty may recommend the student for Unofficial
Withdrawal

the class
I would like to inform you about your Mid-Tern grade. Your PLATO and Mid-Term grade it’s a
(F). You have not completed any homework on PLATO or MindTap, you are still register for the
class and never reach out for help.
You are not mathematically able to pass the course. You have not attended PLATO or MindTap
(ONLINE) or submitted any of the assigned coursework for more than 12 weeks of a 16-week
section. I encourage you to late withdraw from the class and take it during the summer or fall
semester as you have no possibility of passing the class.
