click from 1.0 to 5.0. You can hold the arrow and it will quickly move forward.
4. Place the sample on the CLINITEK Novus® Analyzer sample rack handler.
Note: Diluted samples should be loaded on the Atellica® UAS 800 rack handler.
See more information on running diluted samples on the next slide.

Diluting Samples in a Connected System
• Dilution factors are not entered on the CLINITEK Novus® Analyzer; therefore, diluted samples should not be run on the CLINITEK Novus® Analyzer.
• If the Atellica® UAS 800 Analyzer is not able to determine results due to an overcrowded sample, the Rerun option may be used to dilute and re-run the
sample to obtain a result. In this case, the diluted sample(s) should only be run on the Atellica® UAS 800 Analyzer. A dilution factor should be entered to
calculate the undiluted sample result. Caution: As is common on sediment analyzers, dilution may cause deterioration of sediment particles. Sediment
particles present in low number may be missed upon dilution. Each laboratory should establish its own protocols to verify results accuracy for diluted
samples.
