What does good theological training mean and

why is it necessary for the Church?

In this text we will present a suggestion for good

theological training and the church’s need for it.
We will consider biblical teachings and not
studies other than the Holy Scriptures. We will
also take into account students' preparation for
everyday difficulties and the practice associated
with most of what was instructed. Finally, what
will all this entail in the churches?

Initially, true and good theological training must

be based on Jesus Christ, mainly showing the
moral, rational and oral conduct in the modus
operandi of the master Jesus. Faced with so many
adverse and diverse situations, the educator of
humanity used the Word of God combined with
the perfect sense of reason and conduct in which
he behaved. We must also show apprentices the
modus vivendi that the Nazarene left as an
example, his simplicity and his calm in the face of
contrary circumstances. Another relevant teaching
is necessary to be shown to most biblical
teachings as a source of learning as well as
Christian counseling. Finally, students will have a
basis in the Scriptures and will be able to choose
which path they should follow, whether they will
become preachers, biblical teachers or assistants
in ecclesiastical works, seeking to use the precepts
assimilated at the time of teaching or counseling.

In continuation of the previous paragraph, we

should not teach students worldly or secular
literature based on science that is based on
atheism. However, we need to show that in the
Bible itself there are passages which mention
books that were taken from non-biblical sources.
We also need to teach them that although some
texts are not biblical, they contain many moral
precepts, but we need to distinguish between what
is a biblical and a worldly teaching. In this way,
apprentices will be able to distinguish what is
Holy Scripture or not and will be able to choose
whether or not to depart from Jesus' teachings.

Secondly, the pupils need to be vaccinated against

the abuses of the churches and the teachings
aimed only at the benefit of the churches.
Obviously there is a middle ground between
theory and practice. There are ministerial
theologies that are used exclusively in that
institution, however they do not follow the Word
of God. We need to clarify for pupils which path
to choose. Whether we are going to follow what is
being said in the institution's dogmas on all topics
or whether we will just follow the items that are
from the Word of God.
