1 General information
The purpose of this list is to provide the technicians, team leaders, SQA staff, regional managers and the Technical Service Officer in charge with an over-
view of the essential limits for equipment used by the service technicians. If there are any doubts concerning the values, always contact the supervisor in
charge first.
The list is divided into a general section which applies to various equipment categories and special sections that provide more detailed information concern-
ing particular equipment, materials, etc.
The priority section indicates the time period in which the defect has to be remedied. As a general rule, defects/problems should be repaired/resolved as
soon as possible. If it is not possible to repair/eliminate the defect within the specified time period, the respective equipment must be taken out of service
until the problem has been resolved. In any case, it is essential to contact the supervisor or the Technical Service Officer in charge.
"Inspection due" date is the month listed. Beyond the listed month "Inspection has expired" (no longer valid). If an exact shelf life / usability date is marked
on the product, this is the expiry date.
For particular items (e.g. eye wash bottle) it is also necessary to file an incident report because if the item was used, it is generally because an incident or
accident happened.

 ENERCON health and safety regulations apply.
 Follow all relevant ENERCON instructions for safe use as well as the manufacturers’ operating manuals and instructions.
 Should the safety standards of the respective country be more stringent than those required by ENERCON, the national regulations apply.

Note on suspending equipment
On the "STOP" label (SAP 30534) or another slip of paper, mark:
 why item was suspended (defects)
 who suspended it
 when it was suspended
The label or slip of paper must be clearly visible and well attached (but can be removed).
Suspended items must be stored separately (away from useable materials); prevent unauthorised access.
Due to local regulations, some limits may differ. In such cases, the listed limit is to be taken as the minimum value, pay attention to any addi-
tional regulations.
This list is not exhaustive.
