We are calling Buyers in Orlando. These are people in the last 3 months have expressed that they are
looking for a home in the Orlando area.

Your goal is to find if they are still in the market for a home, get the particulars on the home they want.
If they are ready now, have they started the process with a mortgage lender?

I have covered two questions that may be asked. As you get questions, please note them so we can talk
about the answers in our zoom at 4:30.

if yes – That is great. Were they able to tell you the amount you can purchase a home

information.

If in Tags no-mls - I see we are not automatically sending you the latest homes as they come on

When you assign a lead be sure to add a tag for your appointment. apt-jp or apt-dc also add tag of
active. Create a task for the agent you are assigning to call the lead and put in the description notes from
your call that the agent should know.
