Scenario: You are considering a new car. You want performance, but you still need some
space for passengers. You want the latest and greatest, yet still be comfortable and be able
to transport people and things easily. You are willing to pay for what you want, but given
the current economic environment, you are concerned about paying too much.
1. What type of presentation would you expect to get at the car dealership?
The salesperson should start with introducing himself and by sharing a pleasant greeting
with me and my family. He/she should give his complete attention to us. He/she should
be able to understand my area of interest, my primary requirements, my budget and
accordingly recommend the best suitable options. He/she should be able to offer me
more than one model in my budget and avoid using the automobile jargons (use easy to
understand language). The presentation should not be time consuming and the
salesperson should be able to show the demo of the features if required. The salesperson
should be well versed with the features of the car and should be able to clear my doubts
(if any).
