Role: Customer at a high-end car dealership


You are considering a new car. You want performance, but you still need some space for
passengers. You want the latest and greatest, yet still be comfortable and be able to
transport people and things easily. You are willing to pay for what you want, but given
the current economic environment, you are concerned about paying too much.

Q.1) What type of presentation would you expect to get at the car dealership?
 I would firstly expect that the salesperson would understand my requirements &
expectations then I would expect them to take me to the cars which match my
requirements and needs. The presenter should know every detail of the car he is
presenting and should explain all of its features, and how well it stands against its
competitor, why it’s worth every penny justifying the price of the car and why the
prospect must buy the car

Q.2) What questions will you have for the salesperson of the car?
 What is the on-road price of the car
 What are the car’s safety features
 What does the Warranty cover
 How long will the warranty be
 What is the mileage of the car
 Where is the nearest service center
 What is the average annual maintenance
 Do you provide insurance as well
 How soon will my car be delivered
 Do you exchange old cars
 Is there any offer or discount
 Can I test drive a used version of the car
Q.3) what questions will you have for the salesperson about the financing for
the car?
 What is the best price your dealership can give me
 What are the finance options being offered on the car
 What can be the down payment
 What are the interest rates
 How flexible are the plans
 What are the pre-payment charges
 Which options would you suggest for my preferences
