I would firstly expect that the salesperson would understand my requirements &
expectations then I would expect them to take me to the cars which match my
requirements and needs. The presenter should know every detail of the car he is
presenting and should explain all of its features, and how well it stands against its
competitor, why it’s worth every penny justifying the price of the car and why the
prospect must buy the car
