SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

WE, Juliana Delima Tuazon, widow, of legal age, Rodolfo Delima Tuazon, married, of legal
age both with residence and postal address at Block 36 Lot 24 Robinsons Homes East,
San Jose, Antipolo City and Emerico Delima Tuazon, married, of legal age with residence
and postal address at No. 99 Ilang-ilang St., Catalina Village, Brgy. Sico, Lipa, Batangas
do hereby APPOINT Aurorita Tuazon Rivera, married, likewise of legal age, with postal
address at Brgy. Tolibao, Capoocan, Leyte as our true and legal representative to act for
and in our name and stead and to perform the following acts:

1. To represent our late father Aureo Tuazon with regards titling purposes
with Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR), Leyte, of the landholdings located
at Lot No. 1566 PLS 719-D Brgy. Tolibao, Capoocan, Leyte.
2. To transact business with Registry of Deeds (ROD), Landbank, Bureau of
Internal Revenue (BIR), Department of Natural Resources (DENR), Municipal
Assessor of Capoocan, Provincial Assessor of Leyte and other Non
Government Organization regarding submission and acceptance of required
Documents, payments, etc in connection to the issuance of title in the name of
our father.

HEREBY GRANTING unto our representative full power and authority to execute and
Perform every act necessary or proper to be done in and about the premises as fully to
all intents and purposes as we might and could lawfully do if personally present, with
power of substitution and revocation of this instrument.
