CONTRACT OF LEASE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESESNTS:

This Contact of Lease made and entered into by and between :

JESUS JOSEPH B. PASIG of legal age, Filipino and with resident address at
Libertad St. San Isidro Tarlac, hereinafter referred to as the LESSOR;

________________________, of legal age, Filipino Citizen and with resident

address at _____________, herein referred d to as the LESSEE;

WITNESSETH:

WHEREAS, the LESSOR is the owner of TWO (1) unit STALL/SPACE located at
Libertad ST. San Isidro La Paz;

That the LESSEE deired to lease and theL ESSOR agrees, under the leased
possesion and use of the said leased premises;

NOW THEREFORE, for and in consideration of the foregoing poremises, the

above-named parties have refered, as they do enter into a Contract of Lease,
subject of the following terms and conditions to thus;

1. That this contract of lease shall be for the period of ______ months/year
starting on ___________until _______renewable upon agrement of
both parties, with increase______of perecent of rental;
2. That the LESSEE shall pay to the the LESSOR a monthly rental of TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (PHP 10,000), and upon signing of contract the
Lessee shall pay 1 month advance and 1 month deposit for a total
amount poff php 20,000;
3. LESSEE is stricly prohibited to assign, transfer or sublease the leased
premises or any part thereof without the consent of herin LESSOR;
4. That any improvement being introduced by the LESSEE in the leased
premises shall be upon the approval of the LESSOR;
5. That any improvement of the leased premises by the LESSEE with the
consent of the LESSOR or shall be for the sole account of the LESSEE,
LESSEE shall be liable for any damage or injury by the agent,
representative or workers caued to any person or property durign such
improvement in the leased premises;
6. Any and all charges and fees for electric bill and water services, and/ or
other public ti;ities shall ber for the accont of the LESSEE;
7. Anu man ang naalis o nabagbag ay ibabalik o ipapaayos ng umupa kung
o pag ito ay aaalis na.
