Subject : REFUND DEMAND LETTER

To Whom It May Concern:

This is to request your good office for a refund of my internet connection deposit in the
amount of One Thousand Seven Hundred Pesos (Php 1,700.00).

I applied for PLDT Home Wifi last July 2023 and was advised that there are available
ports or slots in our location. I have completed the application, received the payment
instructions, and processed the payment on July 30, 2023
through Paymaya reference number 321104328607 for Account Number 0359668309.
A few days later, a technician went to our place and checked the area but we
were informed that there are no available ports and I should call the hotline for
rescheduling because there are still a number of applicants waiting in line.

Despite the effort and time we used. We would like to cancel the account and receive
the refund immediately as we was misinformed that there are available lines in my area.

I've attached a copy of the PAYMAYA Payment and the Identification Card.
