TITLE: LAC SESSION ON CRAFTING LESSON PLANS FOLLOWING

The School Learning Action Cell (LAC) on crafting lesson plans following D.O.42, led by the
inspiring Ms. Mia O. Laorden as both the speaker and facilitator, proved to be an enlightening and
transformative experience for me as an educator. Throughout the session, Ms. Laorden's
expertise and guidance, combined with the collaborative spirit of the participants, provided me
with valuable insights that have significantly impacted my approach to lesson planning and
teaching.

Ms. Laorden's presentation skillfully highlighted the key components of a successful lesson plan.
Emphasizing the importance of clear and measurable learning objectives, she demonstrated how
these objectives serve as the foundation for effective teaching and learning. By aligning learning
competencies with the curriculum, she showed us how to create purposeful lessons that foster
academic growth while nurturing the development of essential skills.

As I reflect on the LAC session, Ms. Mia O. Laorden's passion for education and dedication to
improving teaching practices deeply resonated with me. Her expertise and warm approach in
facilitating the session created a positive and encouraging atmosphere that motivated me to
invest more time and effort into crafting high-quality lesson plans. I am now more committed than
ever to integrating the D.O.42 guidelines into my teaching practices, ensuring that my students
receive the best possible education.

In conclusion, the School Learning Action Cell on crafting lesson plans following D.O.42, led by
the exceptional Ms. Mia O. Laorden as the speaker and facilitator, has been a profound and
transformative experience for me. I am deeply grateful for the knowledge, insights, and inspiration
gained from this session. Moving forward, I am excited to implement these newfound strategies
and approaches in my classroom, confident that they will lead to a more enriching and meaningful
educational experience for my students. As I continue to grow as an educator, I am committed to
upholding the standards set forth in D.O.42 and making a positive impact on the lives of my
students through purposeful and engaging lesson planning.
